Our outreach ministry conducts several events during the year. We have several neighborhood Clean Up Days, participate in The Fourth of July Parade inclusive of FCOG Bottled water campaign, Beauty and Barbershop Project, Back to school Celebration and School Supply giveaway and the Church T- shirt Sale.
Each year we want to be more productive by revisiting some of their past projects as well as incorporating new ones. Projects that that are being introduced to the ministry include the Ministry Skill Bank Assessment of FCOG, a FCOG member assessment of needs, a neighborhood food pantry year round to provide more for the family as we assessed their needs. We had our first annual FCOG Ministry Fair which affords an opportunity for the members to explore the different ministries that are available. We are open to the will of God as to how best to serve our own church members and the surrounding community, addressing their personal needs, being spiritual, emotional or physical concerns. We are commission to be servant leaders
